Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jay and Silent Bob’s Joint Venture (“the Game”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
No ownership of the Game or its intellectual property is transferred to you.
Intellectual Property
The Game, including all artwork, graphics, music, code, characters, dialogue, logos, and other content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Jay and Silent Bob and related characters are used under license by the Game developer.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of the Game without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat or exploit unintended gameplay mechanics
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Game where prohibited by law
- Distribute unauthorized copies
- Use the Game for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with servers or services supporting the Game
- Upload malicious software or code
Updates
We may release patches, updates, bug fixes, downloadable content, or other improvements at our discretion.
Some features may change or be removed without prior notice.
Online Features
If the Game includes online functionality, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Mods and User Content
If future versions of the Game support user-created content or modifications, additional rules may apply.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nitrate Games, its licensors, partners, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nitrate Games from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Game.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to online services if these Terms are violated.
Termination does not affect ownership of intellectual property or provisions intended to survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
